{"id":329,"date":"2023-11-17T14:49:46","date_gmt":"2023-11-17T14:49:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/calemi.com\/blog\/?p=329"},"modified":"2023-11-20T08:39:32","modified_gmt":"2023-11-20T08:39:32","slug":"curso-practico-viennoiserie-pasteleria-italiana-anthonyfalcone","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.calemi.com\/blog\/es\/curso-practico-viennoiserie-pasteleria-italiana-anthonyfalcone\/","title":{"rendered":"Pasi\u00f3n, t\u00e9cnica y metodolog\u00eda protagonizan el &#8216;Curso de Pasteler\u00eda Italiana&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u00c9sta no ha sido una semana cualquiera en Calemi\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00fan con restos de harina en las manos y un intenso olor a mantequilla en el ambiente, el pasado mi\u00e9rcoles pusimos el broche final a la primera edici\u00f3n del <strong>\u00abCurso Pr\u00e1ctico de Viennoiserie y Pasteler\u00eda Italiana\u00bb<\/strong>, que corri\u00f3 a cargo del chef pastelero y consultor experto en harinas Bongiovanni Anthony Falcone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organizados en grupos reducidos, los profesionales del sector que asistieron a este evento, tuvieron la oportunidad de disfrutar elaborando diversas recetas de croissants, tartas de frutas y merengue, milhojas\u2026 y deliciosos postres rellenos, como el maritozzo, en los que el arte en la manipulaci\u00f3n de la esp\u00e1tula fue la nota protagonista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Orden, limpieza, meticulosidad, constancia, paciencia y pasi\u00f3n por un trabajo bien hecho son algunos de los grandes valores que nos llevamos como aprendizaje de esta incre\u00edble formaci\u00f3n, donde la colaboraci\u00f3n por parte de cada miembro del equipo y el respeto de los tiempos de espera hasta el resultado final se tornaron clave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez m\u00e1s desde Calemi s\u00f3lo podemos dar <strong>infinitas gracias a todos los participantes<\/strong>, a <strong>Anthony Falcone<\/strong> y a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/calemi.com\/es\/brand\/6-bongiovanni\">Bongiovanni<\/a> <\/strong> por formar parte de esta experiencia. Igualmente queremos dar la enhorabuena a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/calemi.com\/es\/brand\/27-unox\">Unox <\/a><\/strong>por la funcionalidad y potencia de sus hornos, que nos facilitaron enormemente
